Usually when you stay in a budget hotel it feels like you're staying in a cheap hotel. There's usually something about the place that reminds you that you're paying a bargain rate like beat up furniture, or it's dim and dingy, or it's just a run down place. This hotel doesn't cut those corners. First of all, the building is fairly new, so it's not a new name slapped on an old hotel. The rooms are brightly lit, they're comfortable, the showers are hot with good pressure, there's decent quality soap and shampoo supplied, the linens are good quality, the WiFi is free, the air conditioner works, and the bed is firm and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is waffles, cereal, and yogurt. The only difference between this and a hotel costing double is the rooms are very small. For the price you pay, it's a reasonable trade-off. My only suggestion is to improve the lighting in the parking lot. About half of the lot wasn't lit during my stay.
