“Sunday Lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2013

Always forget how much fun this restaurant is and how great the food is! Have to make sure we eat here at least once each time we're in San Antonio!

“Great atmosphere, food was so-so”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2013 via mobile

We went to Mi Tierra with another couple and lived the festive decor and the way they efficiently ran the busy restaurant but were actually a bit disappointed with our meals. They seemed to all be slight variations of a taco or enchilada and didn't live up to some of the other Mexican restaurants in SA.

We also ordered various bakery to go and found it to be rather dry and lacking flavor.

“Fun place in San Antonio”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2013

I have been enjoying Mi Tierra since I was little and my last visit was just as good! I had not been in years but the food was just as good. I took a friend who had never experienced Mi Tierra and she fell in love with it too. The decorations have changed just a bit but it is still Christmas all year. The wait staff is fantastic and the food...can't go wrong with anything you order. Weekends you can expect a wait but it is worth it. Just mosey over to the bakery counter and get something to take home!

“Fun, Casual, and Fabulous Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2013

If you are in downtown San Antonio, Mi Tierra is a must. The food is perfectly delicious, and the old-style Mexico ambience will keep you smiling. Open 24/7, but peak dinner hours require valet parking. The cost for the valet is tips only, so no worries.
