This is an immensely popular eatery in what is called Market Square which many travel experts have ranked as one of the top 10 markets in the world. I have to say the market itself was a disappointment and I really wonder how it ( the market ) got ranked so high because the goods that were for sale at both the indoor kiosks and outside ones were of poor quality and were what most would consider "junk", Mexican knick-knacks basically. Also, there were no dancers or singers performing at the time we visited and I am sure that affected our viewpoint, no doubt, BUT I will say this: Visiting THIS cafe/ bakery is sooo worth your time. My salivary glands were VERY active just looking in the bakery case. It was truly difficult making a selection because they were ALL so visually appealing! We made our purchase and then sat outside . Our selection ,one of their creme filled cakes, was every bit as yummy as my salivary glands had hoped it would be. Again, a VERY busy eatery/bakery so be patient. They also serve entree type items of which we didn't partake so I can't pass comment on that, but the bakery goods were to "die for!"
