“well worth the wait at any time of day”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

Yes you will wait for a table even at 10am on a Wednesday it seems. But... it is worth it.

Sure our server seemed more interested in discussion her carb intake with a couple of local girls than helping us but that was our only complaint, the food here is nothing short of delicious.

Tried the corned beef hash and an omlet, both were excellent and delivered with a side order fo pancakes which were just right. All washed down with decent coffee too.

you owe it to yourself to brunch here!

“Breakfast heaven”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2013

I am a big Breakfast person. I love non chain restaurants with personality and that put loving care into their product. This is one of those restaurants. You'll wait to get in but it's well worth it.
Their pancakes are ridiculous with a number of awesome flavors!

“THE BEST Apple Cinnamon Pancakes I've ever had!!!!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2013 via mobile

The breakfast here is AWESOME- you will not be disappointed! My French Toast was wonderful, then I sampled my husband's apple cinnamon pancakes- OMGOOODNESS, they were out of this world! The only negative is you will have a wait ahead of you- we went on weekday mornings both times we ate there, and we waited 20 minutes around 10:30 am, which wasn't bad, but people kept pouring in. The wait is worth it, though!

“Excellent option for breakfast in San Antonio”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2013

One of the highlights of each trip to San Antonio is a visit to this restaurant. Now, with two locations a bit more convenient since both kitchens serve exactly the same great food. The pecan pancakes are "finger licking" good and you do not need to order the full stack, they also offer a short stack of 2 pancakes, and that, plus maybe some bacon at the side, make for a full breakfast!
