We've had two meals at Rosario's, and each was wonderful. The food is the most wonderful, surprising, tasty Mexican food we've ever had.
The salsas served with chips are complex, with an almost roasty sweetness to them. Some are hotter than others, but there's something for every level of heat tolerance. Order the ceviche, any dish that has stuffed poblano peppers, and a dish whose name I can't remember that featured a casserole of roasted chicken and sweet potato. My wife had a poblano pepper stuffed with seafood, with some type of white wine sauce. My eldest daughter had a dish of deep fried pork with roasted vegetables, and I had corn soup and fish tacos.
Each dish was distinct in flavor, unlike many Mexican restaurants, and while we were eating you could hear nothing but "ooh" and "mmm" between bites.
The margaritas are excellent--get the mango if it's available. I don't remember the exact prices, but the meals were very reasonable for the quality and amount of food.
