Boston's is part of a corporate chain, but the restaurant doesn't have the "corporate" feel when you are there, unlike, say, a Chili's. No slam against Chili's, but you know exactly what to expect when you're there. The ambience feels more upscale, and the menu is certainly large enough to please any taste. "Gourmet pizza" is what they claim and, yes, they will make you any kind of pizza you can imagine. But the menu is far more extensive......seafood, steaks, diet-friendly items, soups, sandwiches, burgers, ribs, etc. I almost always go there for lunch. And I always eat in the sports bar. The sports bar has a very cool vibe to it. There are a half dozen or more big screen tvs in there, and the staff will give you your own private radio device from which you can choose which audio from which television to listen to, if you wish. Their lunch specials are a very good deal, the drafts from the taps are always fresh and cold, the service is almost always excellent, you get visits from the manager, and if you take a phone or internet survey of your visit, you get $5 off your next visit of $25 or more. Over time, this adds up. There are many items on the menu that are pricey for a neighborhood restaurant, but the food is always good.
They have a fully stocked bar, as well. There is an outdoor sitting area, too, which is covered. I eat there all the time. My favorite is the turkey burger, which they cook to my specifications. I will keep coming back, for sure.
