This restaurant is terrible. I ordered "baked ziti." The meal was neither baked nor was it ziti. What arrived was a luke warm bowl of pasta with sauce that tasted canned with three blobs of cheese slightly melted on top. I NEVER complain to managers but felt the need to do so in this case. The manager was very defensive and admitted that the ziti was not baked because the kitchen was "having problems with the ovens." That's strange for a restaurant and I'm doubtful. He didn't offer to buy me a drink or anything to ensure that I left satisfied. My only satisfaction is to encourage others not to eat here.
