“Restaurant in Fairmont”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2013

We ate here Saturday night with friends after a downtown social event. The. Food was very good. JASON Dady is he chef. They were crowded. Therefore, the service was lacking a bit, but was ok. The vegetable dish was a hit with us because we had two vegetarians at the table. Furthermore, the fried chicken and mashed potatoes lived up to previous reviews. Pasta dishes were nice as well. We had to ask for bread and it was finally delivered at the end of the meal. However, it was good. There was a large table next to us-about 20 people and they ordered the three course meal and they said it was good.

“Nice place for brunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2013

Seven of us had brunch at Tre this morning and enjoyed it very much. 10am, Saturday morning, not crowded at all. Interesting menu with very good food, service was excellent. We received a complimentary order of sausage and cornbread for being on of the first 7 tables seated. Complimentary valet parking.

“Unpleasant service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013 via mobile

I came in nearly an hr before closing and the bartender made me feel uncomfortable when I asked if I can get something to eat, he responded "hurry tell me what you want" without even handing a menu... That made me want to walk out but I stayed and hurried I was done before they closed, i felt i wasn't welcomed at all.

“Great food”

I had the pumpkin ravioli and it was amazing!!! The seasonal pickles were not so good. Overall this was an excellent restaurant and I would go back there.

“Good food, ok service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013 via mobile

We went to Tre Trattoria while on a trip with 28 students in town for a national convention. In the beginning the restaurant was ideal, a great back room with room for all 34 of us (and room to spare) great is it staff, and amazing food that they served family style for us. However, when we made the reservations we wanted to make sure that the cost was $18 a head including tax and tip as the students were on strict budgets, and the person we made the reservation with assured us of that. When we got to the restaurant the manager informed us that it would be $20 a head with tax and tip, a little annoyed we went ahead with dinner. However, when the bill came we quickly found out this was not the case, and that only tax had been included in the $20. This became an issue as we had to again ask the students for more money, with it totaling close to $24 a person. When we raised this to the manager they became kind of snooty, and tried to avoid us at all costs. We had to leave in a hurry to get to the award ceremony for the convention, and had to leave 2 of the chaperones at the restaurant to talk to the manager. All in all it was an ok experience, I would probably go back if I was in a small group because the food was that good.
