If you have never eaten at one these before, you will not leave hungry. I have eaten at these in the US and in Brasil. They typically have you go the the salad bar and get some salad and then they bring you some other things like rice and plantains to your table. Then they have a little round card with green (food me) on one side and red (no mas) on the other side. Once you turn it to green, the guys start coming by with skewers of meat on them. They stop by your table if you show green and leave you alone if you show red. Your server also comes by after a while and asks you if you would like another helping of anything which is good but you are usually too stuffed to eat anything. One thing I have noticed is that everywhere you go, they bring the lesser priced meats first (sausage, pork, chicken) and then later bring the filet, lamb, etc. Try and skimp on the salad and the cheap meats and save room for the big boys. You will be very happy if you do this. Anyway, if you think this sounds good, you definitely should try this place out.
