“amazing place, still active parish”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2013

This mission stands out as one of the most beautiful I have seen. I would make a point to go there for a Sunday service if I was in town. Not big and touristy as the other missions but a very real aura here. Reminds me a bit of Mission San Xavier in Tucson, Arizona

Always a great place to pray and thank God for the gift of being born a Texan. There are many "wanna be's" out there!

“Beautiful”

Love all of them! This one was the first mission on the trail and is still an active church, there was a baptism going on so we just stood in the entrance not to be rude.

I loved this mission - we visited all of them and this one is not the biggest but it is the prettiest in my opinon. The building is old and beautiful

Nice historical place to visit. My family enjoyed looking at this and learning a bit about our history here in Texas.
