Hats Off to the Banquet Staff at Oak Hills Country Club-San Antonio, TX. I recently attended the Fiesta Luncheon/Style Show sponsored by the Pan American League. I spoke with the banquet manager upon arriving about a hour before lunch. I gave him my strict diet of vegan, oil free, and gluten-free. You would have thought this would be a challenge for the chef, but NO, he whipped up the most elegant plate of fresh vegetables and herbs and since I could not eat the carrot cake, they suggested fresh fruit. The food was so fresh and delicious...Thank you, chef and food staff. A++ for you!
