“Coffee shop not focused on coffee”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2011 via mobile

The food is good bc its store bought, the coffee is not fresh! No decaf, really? Espresso is good, you can drink the espresso at any local shop tho. The men that own the place are either rude and treat you as if you dont know anything or the other is too busy hounding you to hear him play his guitar or busy flirting with some female. Restroom smells like a homeless shelter, inside is cluttered and basically a dirty place, with over priced food you can purchase at HEB and coffee that may or may not be good. Also my son ordered a fruit drink, yeah, the fruit juice fermented! My nonfat was sour...id rather go to a fast food place.

“Awesome place to visit and eat”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2011

The prices are under $10.00, the food is excellent and the service is excellent. I have been going to javaNook Coffee House for the last two years and have never had a problem with the quality of the food or service. I highly recommend that you visit this coffee house. The staff is friendly and knows about coffee. This coffee shop has a lot to offer, and is a must see.

“NOT good for eating lunch”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2011

I went there to eat lunch and I got sick not too long after. The meat was very OLD and DRY. If you want to stay healthy, This isn't The place to stop by for lunch. I guess, it is OK for a cup of Coffee ONLY. In addition it is also VERY OVERPRICED. This cafe also serves LOW QUALITY foods AND drinks.
