A friend and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. The parking is not ideal, but we like walking so we simply parked our car and didn't get in it again until we checked out two days later. The hotel is on the quiet part of the River Walk - which we prefer to the louder main part. We exited the back of the hotel every day, and walked the River Walk to the Alamo, all over downtown and even to the King William residential area. The hotel stairway to the River Walk is beautiful - and beautifully landscaped.

The staff was pleasant and helpful - housekeepers, maintenance men, and front desk clerks. The front desk gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants - ones we probably would not have found on our own.

The hotel is beautiful, fresh and clean. The shower was up to date - with very high shower head so that a tall person could easily shower. I liked that the hallways were wide and there were sitting areas in the hallway, so that if I wanted to read while my friend slept, I could take my book and computer to the sitting area and not disturb my friend.

We really liked the hotel - I'd love to stay here again.

I booked the Hotel Indigo on a last minute trip to San Antonio. The price was excellent ($57) per night. The hotel was easy to find, right off I10. Easy check-in with a super nice clerk at 1:00am. The room was very clean and full of nice bath amenities. The bed was comfortable and had nice linens. The bathroom had a large, walk-in shower and soft towels.

The room itself was very large and comfortable. I only stayed one night, but I would definitely recommend this hotel for an extended stay.

I didn't eat or drink anything, but the restaurant and bar area looked very nice.

I was in town for a short business trip 12/4-12/5 and stayed with some colleagues and my sister. The room (347) was clean and beautiful as was the bathroom. The beds and pillows were like fluffy clouds. There is a Keurig in the room along with a small fridge. We had a view of the Riverwalk and the pool. There was construction going on but I was not bothered by it. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional - Raymond, Eric, Aprille and a young lady at the front desk in the evening who's name I didn't get. Eric helped my sister with her WiFi connection and we had a pleasant conversation with him. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the main part of the Riverwalk. It was a relaxing and scenic walk. Breakfast in the morning was delicious - made to order omelet with potatoes. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We were passing thru town and found this hotel listed on a last minute booking site. The price and location were perfect. The man at the desk helped to make sure our booking went thru and was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, roomy and modern. Being on the river walk is really nice. Very safe and lots of restaurants and bars. We did have breakfast. The service was fine and the food was average hotel food. The parking is across the street and guarded at night. We would stay at another Hotel Indigo in the future.
