“Good food, terrible service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2012

Our food was very nice but not sure it was worth the price we
paid for it. The waitress spilled my cocktail on me and the table
and did not even offer extra napkins, we had to ask another
waiter for them. None of the staff seemed to give any care at all
to their jobs or the patrons. Will probably never revisit this restaurant or recommend it to anyone.

“Great memories!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2012

We had a table outside overlooking the harbor and a beautiful sunset. The atmosphere certainly added to our wonderful evening, but it wasn't the only thing! The food was perfect!!! When there is silence at the dinner table with our group, it's only because the food is prepared as requested and is delicious. Two had lobster and two had steak...one cooked medium, one rare. Perfect!! The waitstaff was spot on....they clearly enjoy their jobs!

“Great food and great service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2012

We had dinner here in Salem on 9/18/12. I had the fisherman's platter and my dining companion had the 2lb. lobster. The fisherman's platter was massive and delicious. The haddock was fresh the shrimp and scallops large, and the clams and calmari were tender. My dining companion's lobster had been foil wrapped and cooked over coals. It was perfectly done and flavorful. Also had the lobster bisque and it was good too. The best part was the service. Our server, Victoria, was personable and fun and made the dining experience even better! If you're in Salem, give Capt's a try, I don't think you'll be dissappointed.
