Great stay, business or pleasure, great views, centrally located, friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. If you need to stay in Tucson this would be one of the hotels to choose. Great restaurant near to hotel that serves up great enchiladas.

I visited this hotel to attend the Oregon Ducks vs the Arizona Wildcats football game.Later on on going down to the lobby to get some coffee I noticed a large group of kids running throughout the hotel unsupervised by any adults.Most appeared to be in the 8-12 year range.It turned out they were on a youth football team from a suburb of Phoenix for a tournament.Some were in the fitness center without adults and jumping on all the equipment.When I told the front desk they said they would look into it but all continued as before.The whole lobby was taken over by this large group of kids and adults adults.Layer on that evening the kids were gone and a few of the parents were partying in the lobby.Case of beer were nearby with a few of the parents appearing to be inebriated and loud .One was even attempting to break dance to no avail.I felt that all of this partying,ect should have been somewhere else ,perhaps in some of the groups rooms.It's inconceivable to me that these shenanigans were allowed to take place by the hotel staff.And to top it off my room was not cleaned after our first night.I've stayed at other Hampton Inns and I was impressed by the quality of their staff and the rooms.

We were well taken care of and our teams were feed well, slept well and had a great time! Clean rooms, kind staff and great location off the 10! The bathrooms are nicely remolded and the free internet connection was strong.

We traveled to Tucson for a state championship football game. I worked with the hotel in advance to arrange a stay for approximately 120 people (players and families), the event went off without a hitch. We threw a pizza party in the lobby for everyone the night before the game and the hotel assigned us a host that took care of everything for us, set up the food and kept the drinks cold so we could enjoy the evening. In the morning they even opened up their breakfast 45 minutes early so that all of our families could eat before we had to leave for our game. I can't say enough about the staff, they are terrific. The rooms are clean and comfortable. If we ever have to travel to Tucson again, we won't stay anywhere else.

The staff was wonderful and overall made my experience a good one. However, the hotel overall appeared to be somewhat dated. While the room was clean, the carpet needed replacing and/or a very good cleaning, the air conditioning could have been colder, as well as the in-room refrigerator. The location, which I was told is very safe, gave the appearance of being somewhat seedy beings it sits on a corner piece of propery right off the freeway with a Circle K convenience store and closed down restaurant/hotel that appeared to be in the process of being renovated. They do have security, who were very nice and assured me that the area was overall safe. If you are planning to bring your dog, I will warn that the only grass is on a side-street street that borders the hotel property, which has many small business parks with lots of grassy areas. It is, however, a walk and somewhat of an inconvenience. I think it would be nice if the hotel would swap out their dirt/cactus decor located in the front for a nice grassy one, which would also make the hotel look a lot cleaner and more inviting. Aside from the issues addressed above, I would definately stay again.

Excellent staff and stay. When there are no issues, it is difficult to do other than to give only a glowing report. This is a glowing report. The staff was friendly and accommodating. When in Tucson, this would be a 'best choice' for your considerations.

What is there to say besides look no further. The hotel is in great shape, the location is prime, and the staff are the best group of people you will ever interact with. Definitely recommend taking advantage of the free wifi, great breakfast, as well as the pool that gets constant sun and is warm for most of the year.
