“a gracious and comfortable place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 21, 2011

We really appreciated the help of the check-in and concierge staff. Stacy at the front desk was especially nice, finding a great room for us and offering suggestions for places to eat. The hacienda was large, quiet, and comfortable. The view of the golf course and the lake were peaceful, and the pool/tennis courts were accessible and pleasant. A good place for a family vacation with teenagers/young adults.

Have to say we did not stay very long at this resort. Arrived early evening, had dinner, slept and left the next morning, so did not get to experience alot of what the resort had to offer. What I can say is the resort is quite nice and appeared to have a nice golf course. We were staying in the older rooms (little casitas that housed two seperate rooms). These were a bit outdated and as other have said need some updating. Old style tube TV, old bathroom, very large walk in closet (almost wasted space) and no where to make coffee except in the bathroom. I did like how you can drive right up to the room! I believe they have newer updated rooms available near the lobby (but cost a bit more).

We ate at the Legends restaurant as we were not dressed for the steakhouse. Overall was ok....a bit of a limited menu but food and service were good.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, so service does seem to be one of their strongpoints!

If we go back to this resort, we certainly would ask for the upgraded rooms and stay a bit longer to see what else this place has to offer.

I love the omni chain in general. this hotel was awesome. They went out of their way to make it nice for me and my wife. i got the romantic package and it was worth it. plus the place is so relaxing and beautiful.

really didn't have a single complaint. the other clients were boring but it sort of worked out b/c we wanted to just see each other.

This hotel offers great amenities at a fairly reasonable price. The grounds are pretty with several pools and hot tubs. The mtns rising up behind the resort are gorgeous. The rooms are a bit outdated but pleasant and quite large. Bathrooms could be updated. Large walk in closet was a nice perk. The gym is adequate. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown tucson. I'd recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for our 25 year anniversary, and this place is very special. I have not one complaint. From the moment we got there until we left we were treated like royalty. The place is luxurious, beautiful and right on a golf course with hiking trails, an infinity poo, spa, firepits all around with scerene music, gift shop, restaurant with great food and many things to do. We had a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back again!

We went for our anniversary and had a great experience. The resort was very nice: restaurants, fitness center, pool, the grounds, and rooms. Food and service was great at Legends. The front desk and concierge both provided excellent service. Very nice, quiet relaxing resort, we are planning on returning.
