Fun weekend, we enjoyed it; we'll be back. The not so good: I got a little confused as to where the casino and the hotel was (there is a small newer Desert Diamond location, and a large older
Desert Diamond located, this is the latter of the two), awkward hotel to casino car parking layout, small hotel breakfast area room, don't underestimate how hot the room can get (you have to be
really proactive with the temperature settings), smoky casino. I can't recommend to families it is really set up to be a good time for couples, friends, and adults. If with family I recommend pool, breakfast, cable, buffet. The good: complementary breakfast, rooms are nice, bathroom is nice,
casino/conference room/hotel setup is nice, morning coffee service first floor, service was good,
friendly, has pool, lcd with cable, free internet (I did not try it, sorry), better night view on 4th floor rooms looking outward, casino has nice variety of games/machines, buffet was good, player's club was good, machines were as loose as anywhere else (I think a good player has a fair chance to win). The outstanding: I liked it guys, our hotel room and casino stay was very nice in combination with casino play and the buffet (we had a great time, won, did breakfast and the buffet). We'll be back, we had a great time.
