We ate at Sushi King last night for the second time in two weeks (we just discovered it last week). Wow! We were blown away again! The fish is soooo fresh, and the presentation is beautiful. Chef Seiki(?) even introduced us to a technique that we've never seen in offered in any other sushi restaurant: rolls wrapped in soy/sesame paper as opposed to nori. So good...
On a hot Tucson summer evening when the last thing on my mind is cooking (and I love to cook!), nothing hits the spot like supurb sushi and a cold Sopporo. Sushi King will definitely hit "heavy rotation" status in our summer dining repertoire.
