I was the group facilitator of a group staying at the hotel for 3 nights in June. Rebecca Cummins, sales manager, was outstanding in her customer service and support. Rebecca is a superior employee who made our group stay perfect. Speaking for the large group, the desk staff. maid service, bar tenders, and breakfast staff were professional and very helpful. Whatever we needed , someone was their for support. Our group could not say enough about the breakfast and managers reception during our stay. Just a huge difference than your average hotel. Great rooms with comfortable beds and furnishings. Adults and kids loved the common areas and the pool. Very nice setting with the mountains. Easy access in and out of the hotel to restaurants and all the activities we planned. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED in the hotel, service, and value!!!
