“Wonderful Hotel and Friendly Staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2014

What a nice experience staying at this hotel. From check in to check out everything was perfect. We had a beautiful room with a nice view. The room was clean and neat.

Breakfast was exceptional! Everything seemed to be freshly prepared and served in an attractive fashion.

I do recommend staying at this hotel when in the Tucson area.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view if it's available

This was a hotel that seemed in a very odd location next to restaurants at the end of a parking lot. Not a usual experience where a hotel is set off by itself with ample parking. The staff were very friendly. The reception was nice, plenty of bar snacks as well as games for the children. Overall, the entire hotel seemed small. The lobby area was small, the breakfast/reception area was tight. And the bedroom was very cramped, with the second bed against the wall next to the window. Though the rooms were very quiet given the proximity to the road, I found that the AC was noisy. This was fine for a 1 night stay but a family of 4 or more would not at all be comfortable for a longer stay.

This was our first visit to Tucson to see a relative. We decided on this hotel due to location. We found the hotel to have easy, accessible parking. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was ample and there was plenty of room to spread out heading outside even to the pool area. The manager's reception was welcoming. Over Memorial Day holiday, the hotel was not busy and the staff were wonderfully upbeat and eager to answer questions. Kudos to the staff from front desk, to reception area, to housekeeping. It is definitely not a spa/golf type of hotel but we did not need those type of prices or amenities. Eating at Fleming's was a plus.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites to attend a family wedding. I think about 35 couples stayed at the hotel. The staff was always smiling, and extremely polite. The kitchen staff was friendly and always there to remove your dishes, and ask if you want coffee, water, etc. The staff at the front desk, and shuttle service was amazing. A big thanks to the entire staff!!

If you travel as a large family you know how challenging hotel experiences can be. Hilton Family Hotels accommodate large families and kids VERY well. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of bedding. Meals included is a major plus as well as the nicely landscaped and designed pool areas. These two things alone make for great family stays

This was our third time at this Embassy Suites. We always choose a mountain view room. This time our room was on the corner and faced the pool and mountain. What a great view and time. The manager's happy hour is always enjoyable. Sitting outside on the main landing each night facing the mountain with a drink is a great way to relax and watch the sun go down.

The rooms are a perfect size with all the necessities of a small home except the view is much better than home.

We can't wait for our next visit.

Room Tip: Always choose a mountain/pool view room with balcony if possible.

Stayed here for a holiday weekend get-away. Staff was very friendly, but facility didn't live up to Embassy standards. Parking is an issue and the rooms are small and poorly configured. You really have to decided whether you're going to open the closet door or shut the bathroom door because it can only be one or the other! The manager's reception is chaotic because there is no line, so the bartender never knows what order to wait on people. The property is clean and everyone is very accommodating, it just wasn't the normal Embassy.
