“Nice hotel and location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2013

This Embassy Suites is a much different design and layout that the standard Embassy Suite hotel. It is in a quiet and safe location in Tucson and generally a good location if you are touring. The front desk staff are very alert and generally helpful. The buffet breakfast is one of the better quality ones of this type, the chef is very friendly and helpful and there is a good choice. There isn't a lot of seating in the breakfast area and it can get quite busy. The swimming pool seems good but it was very busy particularly at the weekend.

Room Tip: Upper floor but mountain view isn't worth any additional payment.

Embassy Suites Paloma Village is an excellent hotel, with service that rivals even some of the best luxury hotels in the area. I am always treated with a high level of curtesy and respect by the staff. Actually, I feel very pampered. I've stayed here several times in the past two years and it's great to see the same staff members. That's a good sign.

I appreciated the comfort that this hotel offered my family and I. The evening reception was a delight and the breakfast was even better. I felt that the price was unbelievably low for such nice amenities along with a clean and comfortable room. I would recommend it to anyone in the area in need of lodging. The only con is that it felt very distant from the city's core but the view from the bottom of the mountains was great.

A great place to stay. I would recommend this Embassy Suite to everyone. The rooms were decorated beautifully and well maintained. The AC worked well since it was over 101 degrees outside but in the rooms it stayed at 65 degrees. The pool area and the swimming pool were clean.

I was a guest speaker at a luncheon and dinner event sponsored byt BGR Financial. My wife and I also stayed at the hotel that same evening. Everyone from our initial greeting to our departure and all of the support staff involved with the two presentatations were absolutely the best. They went out of their way to solicit our needs and then met them immediately. I cannot tell you how well the facility functioned and the meals and ballrooms were prepared to meet our needs. At one foint an additional table was needed and everyone jumped on that project and within a very few minutes it was set up and prepared for dinner which was served immediately. The folowing morning our breakfast was a pleasure and the food/wait staff were pleasant and attentive. We had a suite and the room ws well appointed and veryh comfortable and quiet with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. We will stay here in the future.

Room Tip: Anything on the second floor overlooks the courtyard would be quieter than floor level 1. If you ha...

Loved th Paloma Village. We have stayed here before and when coming to Tucson, rest assured we will stay here again. The rooms are beautiful, the morning breakfast was great and the staff was incredible, especially Courtney. We were booked into another Hilton hotel and when we arrived, it was in a nasty part of town. We went to the Paloma Village where she made a call, had that reservation cancelled and booked us into the Paloma Village.

Of all the Hilton properties in Tucson, we like this hotel the best. The food is great, the property is beautiful, the rooms are great, and most of all, the service is excellent. We will always come here to stay when in Tucson, AZ.
