“Best Hotel Stay EVER”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2013

The folks at the Embassy Suites Paloma Village know how to treat guests and they go above and beyond in every aspect!! From the greeting to special touches for an anniversary...every single employee is warm, friendly and wants to make sure that you're having a great stay. The property is beautiful, rooms look new and are spotless, who could ask for more?? If you haven't been to this hotel yet, book your room now and you won't be disappointed! GM Jeff and his entire staff pay attention to the details and will do whatever they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay just like we did...what a refreshing attitude these days!!

I was here on business and planned to stay one night only. I had such a pleasant experience I changed my travel plans to stay an additional night. It was a great property with very helpful and professional staff.

They custom made omelets along with everything else they offered - best breakfast ever. Everyone was friendly and offered help with maps and how to get places. Everything was absolutely wonderful, would HIGHLY recommend this hospital

Good location north of the city and hotel is tucked back from road and near Catalina Mts. Close to restaurants, large gourmet grocery/wine store with excellent take-out choices for lunch and/or dinner and all located in high-end shopping center. We had a quiet end-of-hall suite room with microwave, small fridge and 2 TV's. Suite on small side, but fine for 2 people. Breakfast served from 6AM - eggs cooked to order with nice selection of fruit. Pancakes and French Toast could be better! Room was clean and service excellent. No complaints and would stay again.

Our stay was for six nights. The room was comfortable and clean.Housekeeping was responsive and provided clean linen/towels as we needed them. The warm breakfast was awesome, especially the fresh fruit! The staff was warm and welcoming. The one draw back was that parking was difficult in the evening as there was a restaurant nearby .Would stay there again.

This is about 10 minutes from the University of Arizona, and in a location close to many places to eat and shop. Good fitness room and quite rooms. Looks to be just opened recently and it is a more casual home type design of the common areas.

We were in Tucson for a wedding in the La Paloma area. I really loved this hotel. There's a great made to order free breakfast and complimentary cocktails during an evening manager's reception. The pool has nice views of the mountains. Everything was very clean from our room to the common areas to the pool. There's some restaurants and such within walking distance - and also a Starbucks. The staff was extremely friendly the entire time we were there. We rented a car to get around. There aren't many sidewalks in this area of Tucson (or many areas of Tucson).
The only things I didn't love were the pillows (not horrible, though - just a little soft. I made no effort to get other pillows from the staff) and the lighting in the room which was a little lower than I would have liked. We just opened the curtains and sometimes sat on our balcony.
