“Nice business stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 18, 2012

Really nice location and wonderful common areas. Great breakfast too. Close to the mountains and Sabina Canyon but also near restaurants and stores too. Nice staff. Only odd thing to me was my patio was level/overlooking the parking lot and my room had a strange arrangement with too many doors and light switches. I'll stay here again.

“Great staff, great location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2012

I booked two rooms for myself and a business associate for 3 nights. We both had excellent rooms and zero complaints. This was the first time I've stayed at this Tucson Embassy Suites, and would love to stay again. The location is close to lots of great restaurants and great staff as well within the hotel. My co-worker used the pool nightly for swims and enjoyed it, as well as he ate breakfast daily and said it was wonderful. Pool was maintained and he had no issues. I opted to hit Starbucks one block away (you can walk) but I did hit the hotel lobby for the nightly free happy hour and found the bartender and staff pleasant and the atmosphere enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and very nicely upgraded. Everything was in working order and I didn't feel like I had to clean anything myself. The staff here was really impressive -- I travel a lot and these guys went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again no questions.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms on the second floor so you aren't on the ground level (or below ground) if this is...

“Very pleasantly surprised”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

This was our first stay at this Tucson Embassy Suites, and it will now be the place we stay at when visiting our family. The hotel was in a great foothills location, and the lobby, pool, bar and breakfast area were very nice. The service at Breakfast was wonderful , and the food was very good. The happy hour had a nice mix of snacks available and the staff very nice. The pool and hot tub were clean and it was nice to be in the sun before it set over the buildings. There were 4 of us in the room and the kids had the pull out couch. My only real criticism of the room was how uncomfortable the pull out couch was. The rest of the amenities of the hotel did make up for that inconvenience, Free wifi is not offered in the room, so we used the business center when we wanted to research something. I highly recommend this hotel!

“Great value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

The location, the size of the room, the manager's eve receptions and the made to order breakfast makes this the best value in Tucson. The view of the foothills is fantastic too. I've stayed at the more expensive resort down the road and it just cannot compare to Embassy Suites. Several good restaurants are within walking distance too.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the back side of the property - little less road noise on that side and more parki...

“Thanksgiving in the sun”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2012

Spent 5 days here the morning group at breakfast are so helpful and courteous. Location was close to things on the north end easy to get to. Pool area was clean and maintained. Free internet in lobby and dining area. Good workout area had 1 machine down while visiting but didn't seem like a real issue to any guests. Good to see a security person late at night early in the morning for peace of mind but never saw a reason to need one very clean and nice area of town.
