“Get there early for the best in Tucson”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2012

A last minute chose for dinner with my family and I'm glad we came.A small restaurant but don't let that discouraging you from trying it,sat at the bar tables near the chefs which is always fun. With your meal you get warm towels to clean off,Mushi soup and pea pods to snack on.The sushi is fresh and comes in large portions at a great price,I had the Vegas rolls and California rolls plus the Veggie Tempura.Dinner starts at 5 so get there early or call ahead.

“Authentic, friendly, neighborhood sushi restaurant with the best sushi in Tucson”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2012

For a mid-sized city, Tucson has many Japanese restaurants, of varying quality. Sushi on Oracle is one of the few owned by the head sushi chef Yoshi, who grew up in Japan. Authentic, fresh sushi, generous cuts, friendly, neighborhood ambience. Located in the Northwest part of the city, well worth the drive. One of the few places where reservations needed on non-weekend nights.

“Great sushi and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2012

This place is walking distance from my house. The place it self is beautiful, great harmony with music, food, decoration....and the service is great! This it can be a great romantic place or even for business you name it. Fish is always fresh and almost melts on your mouth and the decoration on the dishes is fantastic

“Used to think this was the BEST in Tucson”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2011

I have been going to Sushi on Oracle at least once a month for more than a year now. Buuuuuttt, the last 2 times, I was really very disappointed. The miso soup was dull and grainy. The pork gyoza were gummy and flimsy. They fell apart as soon as I tried to pick one up. Didn't finish those..... And the spicy tuna roll actually fell apart in sections. Total bummer....... It will be a long time before I try this place again. A shame really, cause it was within walking distance of my home
