I just stayed at Candlewood Tucson for 27 nights. EVERYONE on the staff was friendly and helpful. I regularly used the gym, laundry room and computers. The store stocks many items a traveler might forget. The rooms are clean, modern and have good amenities. I was able to make my own meals in the kitchenette any night and have a full-sized refrigerator for my use. They even include pots, plates, silverware, etc. I stayed at this hotel several months earlier and had a really noisy neighbor. The staff apologized graciously and moved me to a new location right away. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff is amazing. The housekeeping staff are very details.
The hotel is very clean. I arrive late, they gave me a bottle of cold water, and a voucher for their in house little store, I grad a snack, they helped me with my bags.
Candlewood Hotel at 1995 w River Road Tucson is my and your home in Tucson. Come to experience the best in Hospitality.

Room tip: ALL rooms are good, the hotel is almost new. Talk to the front desk agents. I told my agent I like to walk and she gave me a 4 floor room. I love it the stairs to walk.

Stayed at this hotel on 3/6/15, on a visit to Tucson, Arizona. We arrived late, making our reservation via phone while driving. The night desk person was very engaging and accomodating, upgrading our room from one queen to two when a one queen room was not available. The paved parking in front of the hotel is good, but could come up a little short if the hotel is completely booked. There is parking around the back of the hotel, and I'm sure you can park in the adjacent dirt lot. The Lobby is spacious and neatly kept. Our room was on the 2nd floor and as we waited for the elevator we noticed a gym and laundry. The room looks brand new, with a little kitchenette (stove, refrig, sink and plates and silverware). There was one Easy chair in the room, a flat screen TV on the wall and I believe a DVD player (didn't use it). The bed was firm and comfortable and the pillows were nice. Everything looked clean and new in our room. The bathroom was spotless though no TP on the holder, but there was a roll in the bathroom cabinet so all was good. Plenty of hot water in the morning when taking a shower. I would gladly stay at this hotel again. Even though we had a minor disturbance at about 6:30 am when someone tried to enter our room, They tried the key several times and finally I went to find out what the problem was. Apparently there was a mixup with the rooms, and the lady apologized to me. I then went to check out in the AM and when the desk clerk asked about our stay, I told her what happened and she said she had heard about it and asked the hotel manager if they could compensate me. He agreed and they did compensate me. Thank you to the staff at the Candlewood Suites in Tucson.

Room tip: Sleep quality was a personal preference, not reflective on anything buy my preference.

We spent four days in Tucson with our activities headquartered from our rooms at Candlewood Suites in Tucson, AZ. I frequently travel and have to say that this is an excellent option for short or extended stays. The building is new, up to date, well designed and comfortable. The staff are truly hospitable and helpful. The facility is ideally located with easy access to the University of Arizona, business districts, entertainment & dining. We will definitely frequent this fine establishment in the future.

Room tip: All of the rooms are new and well designed for a wide array of activities.

Very friendly staff. Room is very good for someone on a business trip. Plenty of desk space, nice kitchen, some small food items available downstairs. No breakfast available, but places within walking distance. Room is clean. Bed is firm. Bathroom is small, but adequate.
