Description: As with everything great, one must first seek the roots. In our case, we are lucky enough to have our first restaurant, Wildflower, continuously thriving and serving the local and die-hard fans of Fox Restaurant Concepts in Tucson. While our seasonal menu changes with the calendar, the walls and décor with the years, the one thing that has remained steadfast and true is Wildflower’s carefully constructed plates, artfully shaken martinis and loyalty to its guests. You could call it a long-term love affair, and you’d just be scratching the surface.

“Second time there- even better than the first time!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2013

Recently had dinner for four people at Wildflower in Tucson, Arizona. We had the chicken two ways, the salmon, the brown rice/thai dish and the lamb meatballs with pasta. Each were splendid!!! Our waiter was incredibly friendly and helpful---he was so patient with us and made our evening so enjoyable!!!

The bread came out warm from the oven, along with an olive oil with mild spices and garlic. It was phenomenal. One of the members of our party had more bread (she said) than she had ever eaten in one sitting; she said she'd go back again for the bread!! Crunchy crust, warm soft sourdough bread inside---just delicious!

The salmon came with lots of quinoa, roasted vegetables...a great melange of flavors!

The thai/indian curry dish was perfectly spiced, along with a healthy brown rice that made it an excellent choice!

The two way chicken with apricots was succulent, rich, and flavorful. Served with vegetables and whipped potatoes, it was simply luscious! We were celebrating a birthday and the birthday girl felt completely spoiled. The decor is a bit unusual for a restaurant of this style. It's a blend of California cuisine meets French chic meets club scene in Miami. The views from the outdoor patio are incredible. The wine/bar list is extensive and you can watch creations made into the very open kitchen. The aroma will lure you in, but the flavors and friendly, fast efficient service will keep you coming back.

Located on the north side of Tucson, this place is worth the drive...... save room for dessert!

And to our young waiter who made our night memorable---many thank-you's; keep up the great work!!

“Splendit - Great food, professional service, fun but sophisticated atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2013

This restaurant has a neat, modern-French atmosphere, welcoming and professional service - attentive yet low-key - and fantastic food. I recommend the beef and brie sandwich! With a nice wine selection and delightful outdoor seating, this a great restaurant to linger over a relaxing lunch with friends and family. Definitely recommended.

Management: If you're listening, I have one suggestion - please turn the music in the ladies room DOWN. Yes, some music is nice to cover bathroom noises, but the music is the women's room is actually painfully loud. Thanks!

“Wonderful dinner”

We had a great dinner with family and friends - we were inside but I didn't find the noise overwhelming. Great flavors, nice creations, and fine service. You should go.

“A perfect lunch!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2013

We had an amazing experience at lunch. We ate on the patio because the temperature was beguiling plus the crowded interior was noisy. The service was very attentive, Although the restaurant was filled, we felt as if we had the place to ourselves. Their iced tea was excellent, ditto the lunch. We had an excellent soup and shared a pastrami sandwich, feeling full and content
