“LOVED IT!! Highly recommended.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 1, 2010

4 of us went and we all loved the food. Soups were delicious as well as the salads. Beautiful location. Great place to eat outdoors. We had lunch but the breakfast looked yummy too! Cant wait to go back!

“Its Changed”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2010

The ambiance is there but the service and food is severely lacking. Food took forever to arrive. Turns out they were out of tortilla soup and the alternative (tomato basil) was a poor imitation. The BLT was a Denny's variety - nothing special. Staff seemed at a loss as to how to manage the whole sorry spectacle. Sorry Tohono Chul, but you're being dropped next year's vacation itinerary.

“Valentine's Breakfast OK”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 14, 2010

I brought my mother here this morning for Valentine's breakfast. At 9:30 it wasn't very crowded yet. We were seated shortly, and coffee came quickly and often. However, we had quite a lengthy wait for the food and then neither of our meals were very warm. Mom ordered apricot/cream cheese french toast. The portion was huge....many pieces of french toast; but the presentation was lacking (fruit was in a dish on the side). Being a "gardens" I would have expected the fruit on the toast, or some herbs, or something. Apparently the cream cheese was inside of the toast, we couldn't quite figure out where it was. The "apricots" was like jam on the toast. My Ham and Eggs with creamed spinach and mushrooms turned out to be quite dry, and I found few mushrooms. We were both somewhat disappointed, and I doubt I will go back anytime soon to eat.

“Gorgeous, a little pricey”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2009

Its a beautiful spot, especially if you sit outdoors. The food was nicely prepared, and the deserts looked/sounded great. A little pricey for what you get; but the setting is definitely superb

“The restaurant”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2009

My friend and I went to the restaurant this Sunday for brunch. It seems nice enough, and we were assorted to our table. We were handed a menu and left to decide. Well, we waited on our server while she and two other servers looked after a child seated behind us. Minute after minuet we were ignored while waiting to order. After about tem minuets of being ignored we left the restaurant to explore the grounds. There service today was poor as observing servers standing around outside while we waited. Very poor service, won’t go back!!!!
