“Best pizza crust ever”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 27, 2013 via mobile

We stopped here after a long hike in Sabino Canyon, arriving both hungry and thirsty. The pizzas easily met our expectations. We liked that they were not loaded with cheese and had several vegetarian options. I was a bit disappointed with the draft beer selection - why no Tucson craft beer? Not the restaurant's fault, but I could have done without the group at the next table doing the "grace" thing.

“Nice reverse happy hour”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

We went on a Monday night at 8 p.m. when they had a reverse happy hour so it made it very affordable to order a bottle of wine with our pizza. We ordered two pizzas - a sausage and ciopolino onion and a pepperoni and both were delicious, lots of topping and excellent crust. The service was average - I think our server was new. Overall though a nice evening out!

“This place rocks”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013

First of all, AMAZING pizza. Walter, possibly the best waiter in Tucson, told us the pizza oven operates around 700 degrees, so great crispy crust on these pizzas. You can share a pizza by having halves with different toppings. We split a tasty salad and it was brought to us plated for two without us having to ask. Good wine list, very reasonably priced also. Dessert was incredible, the warm chocolate cake with a scoopy of vanilla gelato, plenty for two. the tiny bar was hopping and we will eat in there next time. Great leftovers the next morning, much better than the tired continental breakfast at our hotel. Thanks, Walter, we'll be back!

“Excellent pizza”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2013

This is a very cute restaurant serving primarily pizza and salads located in a nice shopping complex. We shared the Gorgonzola and Grape Salad. The waiter brought the salad on two plates, which was nice. Both portions were generous. The salad was delicious. We then shared the Prosciutto, Arugula and Fresh Tomato pizza. A 12-inch pizza is plenty to share, with six large pieces. The pizza was fantastic. They did not skimp at all on the Prosciutto and I don’t know how they make any money at $15.95 for a pizza. They served the pizza with a pesto oil to drizzle over. Delicious! I was impressed and it takes a lot to impress me. We were too full for dessert, but they sounded very good as well. I most definitely will be returning to Scordato’s.

“Convenient location and great pizza”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013 via mobile

We were staying at windmill suites and this place was next door. The restaurant wa crowded and we had to wait 25 minutes but it was worth it. Had the prosciutto and arugula pizza. Looked like it would be a disaster but wa excellent. Had a good wine. Our waitress Sara was helpful and efficient in spite of the crowd. Definitely recommend it.
