“Worth what you pay !”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2012 via mobile

I got the employment rate of $35. The room and pool is not as it seemed in the pictures. The carpets and bedspreads were stained. Carpets very old Service at front desk was ridiculous. As a choice employee I wouldn't even reccomend this to any customer of mine for $20 more I would stay at the one by the mall. The deposit for paying cash there was $30 at the one here was $100 and the rooms were not even worth it. And that one is comfort inn and suites and this one is just comfort inn. The stay was overall average but not satisfying

This is a very nice motel near the highway for a good price. Only down side was that the room was suppose to be non-smoking but definitely had a smoke smell to it.

Room Tip: If you choose the top room, make sure room is smoke free

Pros:

Flat screen TV, Non-Smoking, Pool w/ Sundeck, Free Wifi, Breakfast

Cons: Neighborhood was industrial and non-walking friendly, Staff was lazy, walls were thin, hot tub was dirty and uncleaned for the four days we were there

Room Tip: Adjoining rooms 124/126 were great for a family that needs two rooms. 126 is next to stairwell so n...

lt was ok. Quirky and time consuming check in procedure requiring license plate number even though room was reserved and guaranteed in advance. Breakfast area was so crowded there was no room to sit and eat - so food had to be carried back to your room. All in all a decent place for an overnight stay, nothing more.

We found this hotel to be dirty and in poor repair. Although the price was attractive the king executive suite was not. There was one wastepaper basket for bathroom, living room, kitchen and bedroom..No table lamp in bedroom. No luggage stand or place to place luggage conveniently. Although advertised as a King bedroom, the room was so small, one had to leave the closet doors open so that you could get out of bed without bumping into the door. The shower head was defective-shot more water at the base onto the wall than into the shower. Carpet was dirty in living area and corridors. The furniture was dirty. Overall, the experience was decidely unpleasant. We checked out several days early and although management did apologize and make a $15.00 adjustment on the rate, it wasn't enough to make the experience "ok". The hotel is conveniently located but that's the only positive we noted.....The Holiday Inn Express next door has the same location and was definitely worth the $20.00 more per night it charges. A remodel would certainly improve things but had it been spotless and with adequate lighting and luggage stand etc, we could have overlooked the shabbiness without a problem.

Room Tip: Stay at the Holiday Inn Express next door to this Comfort Inn

Stayed 3 nights here in January 2011. Had lots of problems with electronic keys. Also, when getting off the elevator on 3rd floor there was heavy smell of stale smoke several days. While we had a nonsmoking room and it was ok, I guess hotel may not be 100% nonsmoking. We had a larger room but layout was not so great. Lounge chair far from tv and couch which probably had pull out bed not situated to watch tv. Eratic breakfast, like no yogurt one day.

This hotel is conveniently located with eay on and off of the highway. The place is clean, the service was good, and it was a good value. Parking spaces are very tight and many people took two spots limiting the available spaces. A good value for the money. Two other hotels next door are more expensice.
