“Love the views!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

Take the tram up and walk back down through many levels of the canyon. You can get on and off in many places. Great summer place when you can get to the ponds or find shade from the trees. Excellent views of the mountains and down into the city of Tucson.

“Oasis in the desert”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

Fun, relaxing and interesting way to spend part of your day in Tucson. Be sure to ride the tram - for a nominal fee - well worth it and very informative narrative. Good trails to hike on if you are so inclined, or just wander down the road til you get tired and hop back on the tram to ride back to the visitor center. Very popular place for walkers & hikers - beautiful scenery around every bend in the road. I love how the creek splashes over the road so the tram has to drive through it. Highly recommend stopping by for a visit.

“Sabino Canyon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

This national park is a true gem in Tucson. There are so many amazing hiking trails, some that lead to beautiful views of the entire city. There are paved trails, rigorous trails and trails that lead to amazing waterfalls. There is also a tram tour for those who want to ride through parts of Sabino Canyon and learn about the different riparian areas. A great work out is Blackett's Trail which is a climbing hike uphill the entire way with a beautiful view at the top....you may even see a mule deer or two on your hike.

“Get away from the heat”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

There was water to get away from the heat. The kids loved it. They got to splash and play in it. It was clean and lots to see! The hike was easy but you do need lots of water and sunscreen. We didn't want to leave, if only we had packed a lunch.
