“Average food, fun atmosphere.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2014

This is a fun place in the downtown district. It's loud, but has a great atmosphere. The service was good, and we had a great time. The food was fresh, and hot, but overall, kind of average. It was a good experience, and fun to be downtown, but I wouldn't go just for the food. And, I would make the trip elsewhere for gelato before I would go here for ice cream. Also, I wish we had ordered off the adult menu, rather than the kids menu for our eight year old. That meal left a lot to be desired. Final note - it's very busy, and there are not a lot of places in Tucson where you need a reservation in the middle of June, but this might be one of them.

“On a downhill slide...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2014

We have gone to Job several times in the past. Hub now has a new menu which is disappointing. We were with a group of nine and each one of us noted that our favorite dishes were gone. As a replacement I order an Avocado and Corn Salad. $12 without meat. The salad was not meal size and it was 85% lettuce. Tasty but disappointing for the price. Since it was cost prohibitive we all opted not to order wine or drinks.

“Loud, but fun”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2014

This is an eclectic little place. The seating is very open, so when it fills up (and it's VERY popular) it gets pretty loud. Don't plan on a quiet, romantic dinner. LOL But it's fun, the food is good, and the ice creamery offers unique as well as more traditional flavors. Be sure to look up and notice the lighting --- upside table lamps hang from the ceiling.

“Add The Hub to your Tucson itinerary!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2014

On our recent visit to Tucson, we visited The Hub for dinner based on Trip Advisory recommendations - and boy, are we glad we did! In the middle of the action on Congress street, The Hub is a very comfortable restaurant suitable for dress up or casual. The menu has a great variety - something for everyone - the food and service were top-notch from beginning to end.

And that ice cream! So many unique flavors - the 4 of us shared: oatmeal cookie dough, salted caramel, peanut butter cup, and mexican wedding cookie (my favorite!). The perfect ending.

We seriously debated going back to the hub for dinner another night - - but decided we needed to try a different restaurant every night in Tucson. Not sure that was the right decision - we'll definitely be visiting The Hub again and again when we're back in Tucson.

“Love The Hub”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

Every time we go to The Hub the food and staff are great. The ice cream is excellent I even got my daughter who is a Cold Stone Creamery fanatic to love and try other flavors of their ice cream. I had the Ahi Steak, the Prime Fries, the Lobster Roll and would defiantly go back for more.
