I am a meat and potatoes type of gal and wasn't sure just what I was going think of Ethiopian cuisine you eat without utensils. I was pleasantly surprised as the flavors were yummy! You are served several pieces of thin, stretchy tortilla shaped pieces of something you use to scoop up bites of the various meat and vegetable dishes you select. They come on a kind of lazy susan type quesadilla tray in piles around the perimeter. You tear off a little bit of your bread (which tastes like sourdough bread) and work your way around the circle trying all the dishes. Yummy and fun, I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
