Description: Fire + Spice, our new cutting-edge Southwestern eatery is a culinary experience you won't want to miss. Steeped in history and rich in culture, Arizona cuisine blends traditional Native American ingredients, the refined tastes of Old Spain, and the spices, peppers, and cheeses of Mexico. Fire + Spice's menu is infused with the flavors of all three culinary traditions, and stands at the vanguard of nouveau Arizona cuisine. From presentations where the plate is the canvas and the food is the paint, to the enticing blend of aromas, textures and flavors—you'll enjoy Southwestern fare like you've never seen or tasted it before.

“Amazing restaurant in a hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2014

The restaurant is located in the Sheraton Hotel and Suites. We were there for 7 nights on a vacation to see family and friends. Some nights we were too tired to go out so we chose to eat at the hotel.....usually a risky option....but not in this case. Food was excellent with service to match. I had the French Dip with a side salad $13.00 ( I am allergic to fish and seafood and the fries are fried in the same oil as the fish) Salad was field green with choice of dressing (not the usual iceberg with some carrot shavings and a tomato). My husband had a burger with onion rings...$10.00. Also very creative items on menu leaning toward southwest cuisine...very creative menu. I would return even if not staying at the hotel.

“Great meal and entertainment”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2013

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and their special margarita is to die for! The entertainment was great (Boogie Woogie was the guy's stage name). We ate salmon and steak and the quality was top notch. Would go there again!

“Sheratons restaurant”

Great location. Get the s'mores and roast them by the fire. Very cool. Food is good, but ambiance is what I like best. Poolside. Perfect lighting

The grilled salmon salad was a terrific late lunch and the service was excellent, even getting info on local store locations.

“One of the finest meals of the past 12 mnths!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

Wonderful food. I got the surf and turf--the steak had a dry rub for a nice zest, very tender, cooked perfectly to my order. It was a small filet would be my one caveat. The shrimp were succulent, veggies roasted al dente, and the mashed potatoes were sublime. Mrs. Reviewer got fish tacos and thought they were astounding, with melt-in-the mouth fish in good-sized portions atop a citrusy slaw that was savory.

Good selection of microbrews (I got the local Nimbus Monkeyshine, a wonderfully complex ale--if you like big ales, this is in the "strong ale" category, with lots of hops and lotsa malt: http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/1103/3406 . Nice wine list and a full bar.

ONLY minor caveat--no chocolate for dessert.
