“Breakfast Buffet on Christmas Morning”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2012

We had the breakfast buffet on Christmas morning. The staff is very friendly. The buffet is average. No oatmeal but they had brown sugar out..not sure what you would put on that. Scrambled Eggs, French Toast, Sausage, Bacon, Yogurts, fresh fruit. It was okay...Not sure if I would do it again.

“Very good”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2012

One should try the Fire and Ice restaurant, our buffet breakfast was very good. The lunch we had was also as good. We did eat one dinner there and I thought it was a 10. (Chicken Enchilada)

“Pleasant suprise”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2012

I ate here the first night after a 3 day backpacking trip. I didn't have high expectations as hotel food is usually not the best. I was shocked! I loved the nachos and enchiladas. They are not your typical nachos but more like a delicious meal on a chip.

“And a great lunch was had by All”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 4, 2012

So we used our dining club card and went as two couples for lunch. The place was almost empty at noon and it was a couple of minutes before a waitress noticed us. However at that point the service was more than attentive, not rushed. She had a good knowledge of the menu and did offer good suggestions. Three of us had the shrimp spaghetti and I had fish tacos. All agreed the food was great. Portions were generous without being super sized. A tasty bread pudding for desert. My tacos, were messy to eat, but heavenly with nice spice without being overbearing to the fish. Salsa and rice with cole slaw accompanied my meal, all very good. It's nice to find a hotel chain restaurant that doesn't fit the "usual hotel" mold. The selections were eclectic and some were unusual. This was our second visit and we will be back.

“It could have been a contender...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2012

Fire and Spice is in the Sheraton Hotel. a catchy name for an average hotel restaurant. The restaurant appears to have an identity crisis. We ordered wine, salads and steaks - it was OK, no surprises; nothing bad; nothing that would bring me back. For an average meal... the price was above average. There are lots of better places to eat.
