Description: Fire + Spice, our new cutting-edge Southwestern eatery is a culinary experience you won't want to miss. Steeped in history and rich in culture, Arizona cuisine blends traditional Native American ingredients, the refined tastes of Old Spain, and the spices, peppers, and cheeses of Mexico. Fire + Spice's menu is infused with the flavors of all three culinary traditions, and stands at the vanguard of nouveau Arizona cuisine. From presentations where the plate is the canvas and the food is the paint, to the enticing blend of aromas, textures and flavors—you'll enjoy Southwestern fare like you've never seen or tasted it before.

“Buffet is worth the money”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2012

I ordered the Avocado egg whites and spinach omelet and it was exceptional. Very tasty. The 2nd day I did the buffet and as it was more cost effective and more choices than ordering from the menu.

“Ignored for so long that we left without eating”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2012

We had eaten at Fire and Spice once before. My wife had really enjoyed the beef sandwich she ordered, while I thought the place was quite average. When we returned in February 2012, we practically begged to be served, without success. After 20 minutes, we gave up.

“S'mores”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2012

Delicious hot chocolate and s'mores. Very interesting how they bring it to you de-constructed and let you build your own. Slightly overpriced though.

Very good breakfast buffet though.

“Not bad if its your only choice”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2011

Clean and comfortable with decent food. There are a lot better and more authentic Mexican restaurants in town if you can get out, but if not, it's not bad.
