“Don't miss this park!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 1, 2006

This park was a highlight of our trip. There are extensive theme gardens with more under construction. Our daughter loved the children's garden and wanted to race the little "boats" down the stream all day long.
In addition to the landscaped areas, there are trails that have been kept wild. We saw a lot of birds and one shy rattlesnake as we strolled along. The restaurant was fabulous. It was very reasonably priced with a great variety of delicious sounding dishes.
Including lunch time, we spent 3 hours at this park and loved every minute.

“a jewel in a desert city”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2005

This nonprofit park is well worth a visit. It combines art, culture and nature of the region. The lunch is great too and the prickley pear cactus lemonade is a must! Free Refills! I would definitely go there again. Always ongoing art exhibits and gardens. Great gift shop too.

“Night Blooming Cerus”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2001

Incredible to go during the summer when the Night Blooming Cerus literally "pop" open. The smell is delightful, and
the tour of the park finding the night bloomers by their scent is magnificent. If you can, Don't miss the chance to see these glorious treats from the Desert.
