“Prime choice when returning to Tucson”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2013

I stayed here last week and was very pleased with the quality of the amenities. The room was spotless, as were the grounds. The staff members were very pleasant and helpful during the check in and check out process. I had no problems with my stay and will always come back to this hotel when visiting my friends in Tucson. Close to the mall and in a safe area as well. I brought my small dog and felt she was welcomed as well. The free hot breakfast was wonderful and was fit for a king. Several restaurants nearby also. Had stayed at a Best Western the night before that was more expensive and was very disappointed in it. My stay here was very quiet and restful. The beds are comfortable as well.

Room Tip: I chose a room facing the pool in the back of the hotel which was beautiful and quiet.

After a very positive stay in December, we returned in March and found the experience again exceeded expectations. Minor glitch at check-in immediately resolved with excellent follow-up. Well located for sight-seeing around Tucson area. Good value for dollar, many extra amenities, attractive grounds, quiet, peaceful environment. Staff friendly & helpful, manager customer oriented. Will return.

Not too sure of the superior rating given...one elevator for a large open air motor hotel..... Rooms are hot.....yes it's Arizona, but you'd think they would try to make guests more comfortable. Glad we had a discount coupon!!!

After an unsatisfactory experience at another local motel, Manager Joe Gallagher helped me out by rushing a room to readiness and offering a very compeitive rate during an extremely busy season. The staff was universally friendly and competent, the room was great, the breakfast way above the norm, and the location very convenient. Joe and his staff turned my stay in Tucson (from January 31 through February 18, 2013) from a near disaster to a highly enjoyable success. Cudos to one and all!

Room Tip: Stake out your claim for a good spot by the pool early; the place fills up quickly!

Quality Inn Suites on N Oracle Rd in Tucson has been a great discovery, and thus far was the best place we have stayed in Tucson - especially considering the overall service/value. We travel from Yuma with two seniors and two elementary children, and Tucson is a frequent place of travel for us several visits a year. We had stayed other places in the past that we were unenthusiastic about. Reviews we read on trip advisor for hotels in Tucson, it seemed it was either a glitzy super huge, expensive resorts, chains with c+ average ratings, OR those declining lower cost motels with spotty reviews, bad for a variety of criticisms like poor service, disrepair, bad neighborhood, rowdy guests, or insects. Well, NOT QUALITY INN up on North Oracle Rd!. We saw one or two petty complaints from other travelers, but we think it has to be overpicky travelors or from those super crowded times when ANY motel/hotel regardless of cost/reputation, might not score 100%. Be realistic, the top end places in Tucson dont get so crowded, ANY sized hotel overcrowded might'nt be perfect 100%, but this is the BEST stay in Tucson so far- so keep it up, Quality Inn Suites. The other traveler reviews for it were quite positive and we decided to try it it in mid Jan and late Feb 2013. Both times we got great service, comfort, decent breakfast, restful quiet nights. Even the very crowded weekend they still had one room available, nice and clean, friendly service, no "night noise" and the breakfast bar managed to keep up fairly well till almost the end, even with a HUGE crowd stampeding in. Lovely views Hills. Shopping near, ample space- its great!

Room Tip: The rooms facing parking lot might have a bit more incidental noise than those facing courtyard. Ask...

I only booked here because of the good ratings it received. I was not disappointed. I was here for business, so was looking for accommodation, not a resort. For that purpose it suited me real well. The suites are comfortable and well maintained. Parking is easy. For motels of this class, breakfast was very good. The whole place is very clean. There is a weel appointed kitchen and a great desk / work areas set up. HOWEVER, I was there for 4 days and only had wi-fi on the first day. Now THAT was a big disappointemnt for me!
Great value for money and hightly recommended.

The hotel was just "nice" with a few catches. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The problem is the acoustics. The walls are paper thin and you can hear what program all your neighbors are watching on TV. Also whenever somebody came by your room you heard it. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room was a bit small and so if the hotel is full (which it was when I was there) you had to wait sometimes over 15 minutes to get a table. They do not have any restaurant and so if you are hungry, tough luck, you can buy snacks from the vendor machine (and that sometimes took money without dispersing). I also asked for help with car rental, they could not help me or did not want to help me.
