“A hidden gem”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2012

Friends of ours from Tucson suggested this restaurant for lunch and it was a hit with us. It is hidden away in an industrial part of Tucson, but is worth the looking for. They had about 10 microbrews on tap ranging from 4.6% alcohol to 10% more than enough to satisfy most people. Their Reubens certainly fill the bill and their beer battered French fries were different, but good.

“Pretty good stop and worth finding”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2012

Just ate here today, 3/2/12. The building's exterior seems to have more character than the interior. Entrance can be a bit awkward to find but maybe it was just me. The beer was good, not great, but good. I had the IPA which was a bit thin and my wife had the raspberry which grew on her after a few sips. For lunch I had the carne asada tacos and she had the chicken quesadilla. Again good but not great. Serving sizes were adequate. Wife said the quesadilla was quite filling and it did have a lot of cheese in it. I recommend this restaurant because there are many different beers and menu items so would personally go back and experiment more. The atmosphere was fun and the service was good. They have a sister brewery called Gentle Ben's nearby.

“Best Rueben in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 20, 2011

If you meet the owner, Dennis, he will tell you in great detail about how he makes his corned beef for the Reuben Sandwich. He boils the meet in beer! Have it with the beer fries it was the best I have ever had. This place is in an old warehouse area and is very cool and different place. Thanks Mike

“A local brewery worth the stop”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 21, 2011

I've seldom found a local brewery i could not recommend. And this one is no exception. So stop in , it is just off the beaten path yet you could actually walk to it from Hotel Congress straight up Toole . Worth the visit. The beer and food is above average.

“Found the best tasting beer!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2011

Have lived in Tucson for 5 years and visited here for the first time this month (wish we would have not waited this long!!). My wife and I tried the beer sampler and split the Spinach & Artichoke Dip. The dip comes in a bread bowl and was pretty good. The NCAALE is by far the best beer I have ever tasted. Returned the next night to have another one.
