Having stayed at this property numerous times in the past prior to it being owned by Wyndam I noticed quite a few changes:
- Updated guest rooms with huge comfy beds and great furniture
- Points for your stay!
- While the staff was extremely friendly, the service was just plan bad.
- They got our reservation wrong twice over the phone, and charged us the wrong amount at check in, fixed it. Then tried to charge us the wrong amount again at checkout.
- Our package included breakfast in bed & they got our (very simple) order wrong. It took THREE TRIES, and about an hour to get it delivered correctly.
