We stayed at this resort last weekend for a family gathering. When we arrived at night, it was difficult to see the surroundings. Upon arrival, we were able to check-in fairly quickly and drove to our rooms. The rooms in our area are broken out by sections (think casitas or small complexes) that house 4-6 rooms per section.
The rooms were great! huge! Seating area with a decent size sofa, large flat screen TV, comfy bed, huge bathroom and vanity area. There was also a large mirror next to the bathroom.
The next morning I had a chance to walk around and enjoy the views. The resort is situated on a hill, so you are overlooking Tucson.
I really enjoyed staying here, the service was wonderful. I did not get a chance to eat at the hotel restaurant or visit the bar, since the event provided that for us.
I would consider visiting the resort again, although Tucson is not a destination city (at least for me)
While I am not familiar with Tucson, it is located in the northern side of the city, so it seems to be more upscale.
There are tons of restaurants just a short drive from the resort, as well as several shopping areas.
The rooms were quiet, I slept well and did not hear one thing, which is big plus for me.
I would suggest this place for couples or a weekend with friends.

We've stayed here a few occassions and absolutely love everything about this resort. The pricesnare excellent for a resort of this caliber. We will definately stay here again. We attended the New Year's Eve celebration and were delighted with it.
