What a great landmark in Providence. The hotel is so beautiful, the rooms are sapcious and very comfortable. The staff is the frendliest ever. The hotel is located minutes away from all that is worthwhile to visit.

A must visit when in Providence.

Room Tip: Very near the Providence Place Mall

We booked the Providence Biltmore for a 2 day job meeting in October and we were thrilled with our choice. The service and professionalism shown to our group by Mary Johnson(Manager) and her staff was a far cry from the terrible experience we had with the Lord Baltimore in Maryland. This Historic hotel had just the right touch of Historic and Modern touches. The food packages we chose were excellent, not one complaint from anyone in our group. Located in the city steps from a Mall with a movie theatre for after meeting activities, there is a spa in the hotel, and the hotel is close to transportation and an Amtrak Station which suited our needs perfectly since we had people coming in by Amtrak. Thank You Mary Johnson and your Staff for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be holding meetings here again!

Room Tip: Rooms on higher floors have excellent views and the suites on the higher floors are definitely worth...

Stayed here for a weekend night in November; Never seen a room with two King beds before which was impressive by itself. The hotel has the old world charm as well as other things which come with old world like extremely slow elevators....looked tired and a little ghostly...and yes; somehow lawn mowers and construction workers were in full flight at 7:30AM on weekend morning...

Just walking into the Biltmore in Providence is enough to send you back to another era. From the magnificent lobby to the grand staircase you are transported to a time when hotels meant luxury. The staff greet you with warmth and graciousness telling stories of a bygone time. The Biltmore is at the same time the oldest hotel in Providence and the newest, with its recent remodel. The rooms have been upgraded with modern amenities while still maintaining their old world charm. If you can book a suite it is well worth the money. The beds are cozy and the windows open. Ask for a view of the Capitol and of the ice skating rink in the winter.
You wont regret staying at the Biltmore and will come back for more!

The hotel was clean and all staff we encountered were friendly and courteous. The beds were super comfy, and the hotel's location was perfect for a weekend trip with friends. I would definitely recommend the Providence Biltmore to anyone looking for accommodations in Providence!

This hotel used to be elegant and the place to stay but now it is run down and no one at the property seems to know what they are doing. Room service is a joke - sometimes you get utensils sometimes you don't and the restaurant downstairs (Mccormick and Schmidts?) is usually one of my favorites but this one was a nightmare - bad service and cold food and we were the only people in the restaurant!

Beautiful hotel, comfy accommodations. Phenomenal staff. Great city access. It could be a little loud with the parking garage in the back but, you are in the heart of the city. Loved it. Wouldn't change a thing

Room Tip: You are in the heart of the city. The back side of the hotel is up against a parking garage. Amazing...
