I've been to Chilangos a handful of times - it's a hole-in-the-wall place with an authentic Mexican feel. The tables with carved wooden flowers, orange walls, and barstools made from Western riding saddles make me feel like I'm in Mexico City, not Providence. The food is inexpensive but sometimes a little bland (particularly the "Spanish rice" that seems more like Uncle Ben's), but the excellent salsa makes up for that. There is also a good selection of margaritas that run about $7 each. A good local hangout.
