Nice staff and great price. Those are the highlights. There is tile everywhere, which makes for an impersonal/institutional feel. Bed and pillows were foam/terrible. Clean enough. No elevator. View of the A/C condensor. They'd be better off getting rid of the kitchenettes and making the one room bigger. I think they're going for a cramped, European look, but that only works if you're actually in Europe.

Also, Federal Hill is party central and like a Jersey Shore theme park. My Sicilian wife and I were appalled. Boston's North End, it is not! Next time we'll stay elsewhere.

The worst hotel ever
I stayed here with my 2 kids and when i got there i told them that the room smell like smoke and they told me that the was no smoking on the room. 2 days later i got charge 150 dollars for smoking in the room but the best part is that i dont smoke. So if you want to stay here make sure you get that clear before they charge your credit card for 150 dollars. I called to get a refund on my card and the guy at the service desk was really rude no help. Plus if you like sleeping with loud music until 200 in the morning you can stay here aweful experience never again.

Only 1 air conditioner worked. The rooms down stairs have a view of a back alley with dumpster and you can smell the dumpster in the room. The bed sheets were not clean and the owner was present and was extremely rude. Terrible customer service.

The location is great if you're partying it up all night long and can sleep through lots of noise. First of all, everything I went to bed at around 2am with dance music blasting in the background. I wish I was having a good time at the club too, but instead I was trying to sleep...

Second, there was a dumpster outside the window and one morning somebody started moving it with a big vehicle AT 7 IN THE MORNING. 15 minutes into the procedure, the hotel manager had the people stop and I overheard him saying that they can't be loud until 9am. But being awoken at 7:00am to loud sounds outside the window was just terrible.
