This place deserves capital letters, LOVE IT!, the service is AMAZING!, The owners and the people in the front desk are lovely people, they were awesome!
The rooms are impeccable, very very clean and cozy. Breakfast is great, they have millions of movies to rent for FREE. =)
My husband and I went there for our honeymoon, and they make sure that everything was perfect for us.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very kid friendly. The location is convenient with great views. The best part was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!! There was a bonfire in the evening and they had bicycles for use on the property.

Nice clean room, with a great jacuzzi tub. Excellent and helpful staff. Affordable with access to Rocky Mountain National Park just minutes away. They offer free dvd rentals, they have a full bar for you to buy adult beverages, painting classes, a full schedule of activities in Estes Park, and are really helpful and knowledgable about the area. Definitely will go back next time I'm visiting RMNP.

What a perfect find! First, the customer service here is top notch. Incredibly friendly and accommodating managers plus all of the small details we really appreciate: wine and beer available, munchies, DVDs to check out, games to check out, outdoor games and anything else you could possibly need! Second, the things to do here kept us very occupied after our morning adventures. All three of our kids (ages 7, 11, 13) found fun stuff to do and we can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. The complimentary continental breakfast gave us a great jump start on the day and we really appreciated the fridge and microwave for our leftovers and late night snacks. Overall, a great place to bring the family to hang out in between your adventures out in the surrounding attractions.

Bruce and Loretta are exceptional managers of the property and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Loretta's professionalism in resolving a reservation snafu displayed ingenuity and graciousness. The rooms are spacious and clean and the amenities, especially the continental breakfast, are a bonus. The outdoor area provided family fun opportunities and it is only a short walk to Estes lake. If you really want to enjoy the splendor of the Rocky Mountains, then we suggest a walk to the lake just before sunrise.

Loretta was very friendly, both when I called to make a reservation and when I checked in. Although the rooms' decor was nothing special, everything was immaculate. I wish I had checked to make sure the hide-a-beds had sheets before we went out for the evening, because when we returned after hours and discovered no extra bed linens anywhere, we had to improvise with their signature "triple sheeting." The best thing was the convenience of the complimentary continental breakfast. The variety (yogurt, fruit, cereal, donuts/muffins, juice, coffee) was on a par with Marriott Residence Inns, and the hosts were as warm and welcoming as could be. In a crowded tourist town like Estes Park, it isn't particularly easy to pack up a family and troop to a restaurant, so the ability to just walk over to the breakfast room was a huge plus. Our stay didn't coincide with the Sip & Paint sessions they hold on certain evenings, but those look fun. Very reasonable prices!

My wife and I were going to stay in Denver and visit Rocky Mountain National Park for two days, but the Denver traffic and hotel selection in our price range was abysmal. Our first night at our Denver hotel we found Murphy's Resort and booked immediately. Only ten minutes away from the park gate and five minutes from downtown Estes Park, we never regretted our decision. This was such a cute resort! We had an amazing view of Estes lake and was able to park right in front of our room. The hot tub was huge so it wasn't weird if other people got in and they have free DVD rentals at the front desk. We went in March so we probably got an off-season rate, but our room was clean and updated (with two windows on separate walls) and the staff was very friendly. Overall, we always looked forward to going back to our room and will stay here again if we are in the area.

Room Tip: King bed with view of Estes Lake are far from the road and have better views
