“A slice of heaven.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2012

Me and my family spent two nights in their two bedroom bigger cabin, located right off the river. Very clean, quiet, and cozy. We had a private hot tub on our back porch, and an awesome fire pit for s'mores down by the river. A 10 min drive to the shopping in Estes Parks. Can't wait to go back! Will definetly be staying at Dripping Springs again!

We stayed for 3 nights with our dog and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, secluded and quiet, but close to Estes Park shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful every morning. Janie, Oliver and John are gracious and wonderful hosts who provide a warm and welcoming environment. Ample areas for sitting near the river are available and are a great place to read and relax during the day or sit with some wine in the early evening. We highly recommend a stay at the Dripping Springs Resorts!

We spent two nights in the Aspen Cottage. Beautiful room, comfy bed and the atmosphere around the property was amazing. Very relaxing and inviting and quiet. Janie and Oliver are wonderful people to visit with and truly love what they do. Very convenient and close to Estes Park. Would definately return for another stay and look forward to when we can.

We spent two nights in the Alamo cabin. It is a wonderful 1-bedroom cottage with direct, private river access, a small but very functional kitchen and a nice living room. The highlight is the private porch with 2-person Jacuzzi. Very convenient to Estes Park but remote enough to get out of town. Would DEFINITELY stay there again!

My husband and I have been to Estes Park several times, but this was our first time to stay at the Dripping Springs with one of our sons and his family. We loved it, they loved it! Janie, Oliver and John treated our family like we were old friends; all very friendly. The Encatada Cabin exceeded our expectations, and staying right on the Big Thompson River was heaven! The guys could step out the door and fly fish! Kirk's Fly Shop said that area has the best fly fishing spot. Yes, they did catch some trout! It's beautiful, relaxing with a private hot tub to unwind in. The weather could not have been more perfect! Being close to town and the Rocky Mountain Park, sightseeing was easy and fun. We all decided we will be back again! Thank you Janie, Oliver and John!

Room Tip: The Encantada occomodated family of six nicely. Had only one bathroom, but we managed okay.

We have been going to Dripping Springs B&B for the last 12 years. Every year there is something new to see. The rooms are always clean and the decor changes from year to year. Janie and Oliver are some of the friendliest people around. I can go there and just relax and do nothing if I want to. If I want to go on a picnic Janie will fix us a lunch to take with us. Since finding Dripping Springs I have not gone to any other B&B in Estes Park. We will be coming back for another visit before the season is over.
