“Beautiful Condos, Great Location, Excellent Service”

Estes Park Condos

We stayed at Estes Condos and it was wonderful we had a beautifully decorated, comfortable condo with plenty of room. The condos were very clean, the beds were the most comfortable I have stayed in and a large kitchen fully equipped for all of our needs. Not only was our condo wonderful but we had a private hot tub, and excellent maid service everyday. During the day we took a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park which was just up the road from the condo, and so close we woke up to Elk grazing nearby. Being unfamiliar with all Estes Park had to do and see we were given great suggestions, maps and information on anything and everything we wanted to do from Horseback riding to downtown shopping to great restaurants.

We'll Be Back and Thanks for the great Home away from Home.

“Do Not Stay Here”

Estes Park Condos

Aug 22, 2007

This experience was dismal from the start. We arrived after dark and spent 30 minutes trying to find the unit. It was completely dark and no one had thought to leave a light on. Maid service was bad - kitchen left dirty, bed unmade, etc. Cooking utensils were almost non-existent. Receptionist and administrative staff was terrible. We left two items in the condo. We drove back for one and spent about 20 minutes looking for it because the person who found it did not tell anyone although we had called repeatedly. I left a robe in the unit which had great sentimental value. Despite notifying the staff immediately, I never received a response and the robe is lost. (I called five times and also e-mailed.)

If you expect any service at all, do not stay here.

Estes Park Condos considers each and every guest their #1 priority. "FloridaDiane" was no exception. We DID find her missing robe and immediately UPS'd it to her. We have the UPS confirmation to prove she did receive it & signed for it. I personally inventoried the condo and found it well equipped. In my 2 year tenure at this property, I have never had anyone not be able to find their unit. Outside lights are always on, since they are programmed with sensors.
Thank you,
Elizabeth

We stayed at nBugel Pointe Condos in July 2007. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these condos. The unit we stayed in had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a pull out sofa bed. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The furniture was in good repair and relatively new. There was a deck on the back of our condo that overlooked Fall River and had a nice patio set and a gas grill. Our boys were able to fish in the river using the complimentary fishing poles and bate. They did not catch anything but I was impressed that there was no fee charged for the poles....just use them and return thme when you are done....all on the honor system.
Bugle Pointe is located about three miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and about two miles from Estes Park. The staff at the desk was very helpful and when we had a repair issue the maintenance man was at our condo within fifteen minutes. I have never experienced that kind of service!
This condo unit (#1) had a washer and dryer in the unit which was great for washing clothes after we had hiked at
RMNP. The rental price on these condos is a little high but well worth the extra money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bugle Pointe.

My family of four recently stayed at Creekside Suites and we all had a wonderful time. Our suite was a 2br/2ba and, although it's not a huge place, it was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. My kids really liked being able to walk up to the front desk and sign out the fishing gear, movies, free popcorn, etc. and have fun. We were in unit D and our "front door" overlooked the river. You are very close to the road as well. However, we never heard cars due to the rambling of the river. The property is only about a mile to the park entrance and a 5-7 minute drive to the Estes city area. Go, take your family to this area....you won't regret it!

Just spent two nights, 10/10-11, at #22 Bugle Point and thought it was just wonderful. We had a one bedroom with walk-in closet, livingroom w/ fireplace, small kitchen, dining table, and large, modern bathroom with large tub with jets, big enough for two. The running Fall River right outside the door. Grilled steaks one night on the gas grill on patio. Cable TV, DVD & VHS. It was clean, modern and very comfortable. Very close to RMNP entrance. We like to stay at places that have some luxuries. Highly recommend it!!!!
