My husband and I vacationed here with my parents this past weekend. We rented a two bedroom condo that had a common living/kitchen area, but we each had our own separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms to the respected bedrooms. The kitchen in the room was very nice and was equipped with all the dishes and utensils needed to cook a meal. We made a trip to the grocery store and cooked ourselves a large brunch to try to avoid the extra cost of eating out which a cheaper hotel room would not have allowed.
Arriving at night we were not able to truly enjoy the beauty of the area we were staying in until sunrise the next morning. There were mountain right outside our windows as well as three elk that were grazing on the grass almost directly outside our rooms.
The resort/condo was not extremely far from the downtown area of the Town - enjoy the out of town feeling while being minutes from the downtown area.
The staff was super friendly in making the reservations as well as assisting in directions to Estes Park with all the roads being closed due to the flood. Also, they were very helpful in keeping us informed on the areas that we were able to travel too and providing us with the proper maps of the National Park and recommending areas to visit.
