“Great location OUT of Estes Park, thank goodness”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2013

Brynnwood is out of the madness of Estes Park, but right up the road and really convenient for those of you needing that madness. Staff was cordial and helpful with local dining and sights.
Room, we stayed in Columbine, was VERY clean and well appointed for the value.
Kitchen was a 'closet' size: 2 burner stove, sink, moderate fridge, small microwave and sink. Did the job for what we needed....VERY minimal dishes - 2 plates, 2 forks, spoons, knives, can opener, etc. 1 small pot and fry pan. Small coffee maker and coffee supplied daily.
Vanity area had several drawers and hanging space - bath was very clean with tub/shower - clean towels daily.
We stayed in the hotel part - up on the road--cabins are set back and quieter.
Room itself was larger than 'normal.' We had a king - great bed and pillows - A/C worked well and was quiet- Decor- dated but not offensively so.....
W]Free WIFI worked great - Yay! TV - satellite/cable, many channels, worked well too.
Small pool.

Room Tip: Upper floor of this 2 story IF you don't have to drag luggage......kids run the porches which is...

This is a nice, well-kept property. Our room included a kitchenette with a large dining table. I was impressed with the lighting in the vanity area, no applying make-up in the dark, like most hotels. My only complaint had nothing to do with the management, two motorcycles managed to take up three parking spaces in front of our room, grrrrrrrr. Location is on a busy street, but noticed no street noise. Very close to entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park.

I stayed in the Americana cabin with my family and when we first got to the place we were so in love with it that we booked an extra night. It is at a great location, pretty much close to everything! I loved our little cabin and its decor. The walk to the river was close and wildlife was everywhere, which is something my kids don't get to see back home! Out last night there the elk put on a show and we even heard coyotes close by!
The customer service is great! I couldn't find friendlier people in Estes. Brennan's friendliness and great customer service was outstanding. I can't wait to go back in November!

The room was wonderful. The particular room we stayed in became our home over the course of our stay- it felt very much like a home. We could see snowy mountains out the window every morning. A river runs by the Brynwood. It was a wonderful place to jog or sit and read. The staff was welcoming. The location was so great! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Estes:)

My family and I recently visted Estes Park, CO and stayed in the Cubby Hole at Brynnwood on the River. We were all very impressed with the way everything was ran. The managers, Brennan and Jerry were amazing and continued to check in with us, making sure everything was going well. The service was excellent; they brought us clean towels, bath rug, soap, shampoo, wash clothes, etc every morning! All the staff was very friendly and my family and I had an amazing trip!!!!! I would highly recommend this resort. Thanks again!!!

We stayed in the motel side, nice little kitchenette, big room. Very clean, great view outside. Next time we will try one of the cabins by the river. Hot tub, swimming pool, nice trail down by the river. Just us, but would be excellent for family vacation. Grass, trees. wonderful place. Management very friendly.

My family off 5 stayed in one off the cabin along the river. It is a great location. Deck over looked the river and had a had grill and hot tub. Unlike many other cabins in the area brynwood cabins have trees, grass and a more natural setting around them.

The cabin itself was reasonable in size, very clean and had all the need item on the kitchen. The wood burning fireplace and the hot tube were nice extras.

I would highly recommend Brynwood to anyone visiting area.
