“Perfection in Estes Park!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2012

My sister-in-law was in charge of finding a B&B for two couples in Estes Park. She was very successful in finding this B&B with Sheila as the innkeeper....we were all thrilled! Two lovely bedrooms, each with private bath. There is a small third bedroom, but it must share one of the bathrooms...would be perfect as a kid's room. You also have the entire floor of the house which includes a lovely living room with fireplace, TV, computer, dining room & kitchen! The brochure says you get a gourmet breakfast, and we were amazed with the fabulous food Sheila made for us! It doesn't get better than this....really.

Location is great....walking distance to Estes Park one direction, and the other direction a short drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance.

We only got to spend 2 nights in Estes Park earlier this October...wish it could have been longer. On our way back from the RMNP, we got to see the famous Elk...right along the roadside! Too much fun....amazingly large animals. Our last morning we were treated the magical sight of the earth having been dusted with snow overnight...and our car was covered! We were delighted and snapped photos before it all melted.

Don't let the outside of this B&B discourage you...it's a plain Jane, but there's warmth and friendship within. Was absolutely perfect for two couples....home away from home!

We stayed here for 5 nights in September intermingled with some camping in the Rocky Mountain National Park. The B&B and Shelia, the host are great. The place is spotless and comfortable and you can tell this is important to Shelia. She is very interested in her guest and very accommodating with schedules and preferences. Our breakfasts were all great and we were especially fond of the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes - yummy. Daily treats, individual coffee maker, and chilled water always available in the common area. Individual ice creams stocked in your room fridge. Computer in the common area made it easy to check weather and stay in touch with people at home. We took advantage of the hot tub out back a couple of time which was private and very nice after time on the trails. B&B is very convenient for walking to shops/dining in Estes Park but removed from the hustle - very quiet. Close to park entrances. We have nothing but good to report. Wish we were heading back soon for another visit!

This is the second week we've spent at Estes Park B&B and found it to be as high quality this time as in the past. Sheila and Bill are great hosts who are also excellent resources on activities in the area. The B&B is just a short distance from the east entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park which permits easy travel to and from the park without getting tangled in downtown traffic.

The accomodations are very clean, well appointed with very comfortable beds. Breakfasts are delicious and substantial. You'll find yourself skipping lunch.

All-in-all, one of the best B&B's in which we've ever stayed. We already have reservations for next Sept.

This B&B is centrally located in Estes Park, has comfortable and spacious rooms, a very large common room, and the most friendly and helpful owner/operator, Sheila, who we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. We spent 4 nights with her and were treated to excellent touring and dining suggestions, and delicious and varied full breakfasts. If we ever get back to Estes Park again (we're in our upper 70's), this will be the place we will stay.

My weekend at Estes Park B&B was very relaxing, just what I was looking for. The yard is large and has several little places to sit and get away from it all! The B&B is on a little lane and provided an enjoyable evening walk. The room and adjacent bath were quite comfortable, and very quiet! Breakfast was delicious and served on the private deck in the backyard, a special treat! The Innkeeper is very familiar with the Estes Park area and provided some wonderful ideas. The B&B is very close to the riverwalk and to the town, but away from the noise & crowds on a summer weekend. The large living room with the huge picture window was a very relaxing place as well. I was hoping for a little bit more of a mountain view, but Rocky Mountain NP is just minutes away and everything else was absolutely wonderful! I would recommend Estes Park B&B if you are looking for a place to call 'home away from home' in Estes Park!

Walking distance into Estes Park for many dinner options, activities and an excellent lakeside trail, this B&B offers excellent, spotlessly clean and spacious bedroom/bathroom facilities, a huge lounge area, deck area with hot tub, superb, high quality breakfasts using local produce and best of all, a genuinely warm and helpful welcome from Sheila. The National Park entrance and visitor centre is a short drive away. Absolutely superb!

Despite my dietary problems Sheila provided me and my husband with an outstanding breakfast every morning - really loved the blueberry muffins! She also gave us exellent dinner suggestions and great advice on where to go & what to see in Rocky Mtn. National Park.

Room Tip: Corner rooms are large and sunny.
