The room we stayed in was clean and had new furniture. However, the room felt a little dingy. Maybe it was the old ceiling tiles. There was only one outlet in the room. We had not used the hair dryer but it fell in the toilet when we were in the other room, which was a little scary since it turned itself on somehow. The lady and her husband that ran the hotel came into our room after I called concerned about the hair dryer. She said she had never seen anything like it and that it was ruined. I tried to explain what happened and she didn't want to hear what I said and she was upset. She didn't send anyone to come over and fix the dryer. I flagged down the maintenance man and he pulled the dryer out of the toilet, said it would still work, and put it back in the holder above the toilet and said it would dry. There was a decent continental breakfast. There are nicer hotels in the area for the same price. I did feel safe in the hotel and the room was acceptable.
